The anti-eyebrow piercing (perhaps "high cheek" would be a better name, but "anti-eyebrow" sounds cooler) is a surface piercing located on the lower orbit of the eye — that is, the top of the cheekbone. It is usually placed at the outer/lower edge.

The piercing is usually done with either a curved barbell or a slightly modified surface bar that is more L-shaped than truly staple shaped (ie. to fit the anatomy). With proper placement and jewelry this is a viable long-term piercing.
